Not that the gym isn't a nice, but if you read my blog much you'll realize I really enjoy getting outdoor workouts. So for this one we'll be doing just that. Incorporating some bodyweight exercises like push ups, dips, handstands, brachiating, pull ups, crawling and more. Oh yea, I'm also kind of into carrying exercises so we'll do plenty of carrying with sandbags and people carries as well. AND! It's been awhile since I've had a good game of Ultimate Frisbee and I don't need Mark Sisson making fun of me at the next PrimalCon if I get my butt kicked. So maybe we should do some of that too! This workout is open to all Strong Made Simple personal training clients past, present, and future. That means feel free to join us no matter who you are and bring a friend! It's always helpful to know who plans to attend though so drop me a line and let me know you'd like to join us.
