Protein Smoothie Recipe With Greens and Fruit

Sometimes you need to eat on the go and raw veggies can lose a bit of their lustrous appeal. Combine some in a blender to make a delicious, on the go, liquid protein salad. This is a recipe I've been coming back to a lot recently because I just happen to have these things in the freezer, but it works really well.

Ingredients: 1/2c frozen blueberries 1c frozen strawberries 2c frozen kale 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 2c water 2 whole free range pastured eggs ***OPTIONAL (Skip this if you have any questions regarding the origin and quality of your eggs.)

Blend. Enjoy.

This shake can easily be split in two separate servings.
